A man has been arrested by police after the death of a 38 year old in Coatbridge.
Police attended at Tarbert Way around 10.40pm on Tuesday night after receiving reports that a man had been injured following an alleged fight.A 32 year old man is scheduled to appear at Airdrie Sheriff Court on Thursday in connection with the deal.
The man has been named as Iain O'Brien from Coatbridge, and his family have been informed. Mr O'Brien was taken by ambulance to Monklands Hospital but he sadly died a short time later.
